This BIPA research study describes the process and method learning Indonesian foreign speakers from the aspects of BIPA learning using the field of tourism method. The research was conducted at the Old City Museums and Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) Jakarta in November-Desember 2019. This study used a qualitative approah with a descriptive design, describing the factual implementation of BIPA learning, the report is written in a narrative and has a creative nature. Data sources were obtained from 2 Thai students and 2 Somali students studying at Muhammadiyah University Jakarta (UMJ). Article data is collected through observation, field trips, the results of notes and questions and answers someone. The results of thinking about and conducting an excursion method state that one of the efficient method is used to learn Indonesian for foreign learners, as well as knowing the cultural customs of history that wxist in Indonesia. The use of field trips can improve the quality of the Indonesian language learning process of Thai adn Somali student at UMJ 2019/2020 school year. This is shown from the activeness and tenacity of students in the process ow way of doing it, making learning Indonesian more preferred.
